The Pet Life Porta-Gate travel collapsible and adjustable folding dog and cat Gate is the perfect solution for those whom want an easy-to-install and expandable pet gate solution that'll work for various door opening lengths and for those who prefer the non-bulkier and heavier gates commonly available. This unique folding pet gate easily collapses and rolls up and takes up very little storage space. Both sided poles easily extend and grip onto any door posts or any openings. Simply twist the polls and watch the gate automatically extend and adjust to the proper width settings. When installing always make sure the rubberized grips properly grip the sided surfaces. Features a mesh zippered and polyester entrance door that simply zips open and closed for passage and safety. Short enough to step or walk over and tall enough to prevent smaller dogs and cats from passing through. Both sides of the adjustable poles feature tough rubberized grips that tightly connect to any door sidings or openings from drywall to metal, the poles themselves are composed of heavy duty metal and built-to-last and hold. Return Policy

Buyer’s Remorse:

A product may be returned in its original un‐opened packaging within 15 days of receipt for credit. The freight will be paid by the customer/recipient.
A product returned as a Buyer’s Remorse may incur a re‐stocking fee
For safety reasons Items that have been filled with gas or oil cannot be returned
 

Defective/Damaged/Wrong item delivered:

We require you to notify WeSave of damaged or wrong item within 48 hours of receipt and defective item within 30 days of receipt.  
Truck Delivery Policy:

Damaged product or wrong item should be refused at time of delivery. Most truck deliveries need someone home to receive it. The customer is responsible to remove and inspect the items before the freight company leaves.  Products cannot be returned once delivery has been completed. If there is a problem, WeSave will work with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts.  We require you to notify WeSave within 30 days of receipt if a product is defective.  

Note: Products cannot be returned once fuel and/or oil has been added.  Please contact the manufacture directly for warranty information.

Damaged/Wrong item delivered via TRUCK:

WeSave requires you to notify us of damaged or incorrect item at time of delivery. Products cannot be returned once delivery has been completed and the product is signed for.
Defective item delivered via TRUCK:

We require you to notify WeSave within 30 days of receipt of a product is defective.
 

Non‐Delivery:

WeSave requires you to make a claim within 21 days if an item was not delivered.  
The Following Items CANNOT be returned:

Food – Food items cannot be returned
Apple Products – Cannot be returned
Jewelry‐ Earrings cannot be returned
Gas or Oil‐ Items that have been filled with gas or oil cannot be returned
