WeSave Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

At WeSave, we collaborate with various retailers to offer a diverse range of products on our platform. Please familiarize yourself with our comprehensive shipping, return, and refund policies before making a purchase.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and US holidays. High order volumes may result in slight delays.
  • Your account is charged when the order is placed. Orders are shipped with prepaid delivery charges and applicable taxes included.

Shipping Terms & Rates:

  • Standard shipping fees apply within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping incur additional charges. These will be displayed at checkout.
  • Most items are delivered within 5-7 days. Expedited options are available for an additional cost, which varies by delivery location:
    • 48 Contiguous States: Free (5-7 days), Standard ($4.99, 3-5 days), Expedited ($9.99, 2-3 days)
    • Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories: Standard ($9.99, 10-14 days), Expedited ($19.99, 3-5 days)
    • International Shipping: Currently, WeSave does not support shipments to addresses outside of the US.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:

  • A shipment confirmation email will be sent with tracking information once your order is shipped. Orders from multiple retailers may result in multiple emails.

Delivery of Bulky Items:

  • For large or heavy items, common carriers may contact you to schedule delivery. Failure to respond to scheduling requests within two business days may result in delays or additional fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, notify us within 3 days by using our Chat feature on the bottom right-hand corner of www.wesave.com or by email at help@wesave.com. For damaged items, save all packaging and contact us immediately to assist with filing a claim.

Undeliverable Addresses:

  • WeSave is not responsible for verifying addresses prior to shipment. If an item is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be notified by the Seller.

Return & Refund Policy

WeSave offers both returnable and final sale items. Items designated as final sale are clearly marked on the product page and during checkout.

Returnable Items:

  • You may return items within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, request a prepaid return label by using our Chat feature on the bottom right-hand corner of www.wesave.com or by email at help@wesave.comhelp@wesave.com.
  • A return shipping fee of $4.95 applies per order, regardless of the number of items. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns are processed through FedEx. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Ensure you only include items listed on the specific return label in your package. Each return must be shipped to its designated location.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges. To replace an item, purchase the new product separately and return the original for a refund.

Final Sale Items:

  • Final sale items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect. Contact us by using our Chat feature on the bottom right-hand corner of www.wesave.com or by email at help@wesave.com if you receive the wrong or damaged final sale item.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the retailer receiving your return. Once confirmed, the refund will be issued within 2 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Equity Points for Shipping Costs

As a reward to our early Premier Members, we will match your shipping costs in the form of Equity Points. Every $10 you spend on shipping earns you $10 worth of Equity Points, which can be tracked in your WeSave Member Account. Accumulate $150 worth of Equity Points to redeem for one share of WeSave’s Series P Preferred Stock.

Additional Terms

  • Force Majeure: WeSave is not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or labor strikes.
  • Prop 65 Warning: Some products may contain chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive harm.
  • Limitation of Liability: WeSave’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product(s). We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
