Pick up the nail buffer by the finger indentions on the ends. Do not palm the buffer in your hand. Any natural oil you have on your hand will be absorbed by the material, and will keep it from working as effectively.If you have ridges on your nail, the blue side will be the first step for you. If not, the black will be your first step, and you can use this blue side as an emery board. If do you have ridges, buff the top surface of the nail firmly for 3-5 seconds from side-to-side. The ridges are unhealthy, and keep the nail from growing. The blue side should be used once a month, if necessary to remove ridges off the surface of the nail.The second step to using the nail buffer is the black side. Buff the top surface of the nail gently with the black side for 2-3 strokes to prepare the nail surface. This side should be used once a week.The final step is the white side. Buff the surface of the nail pressing a little more firmly from side to side for 3-5 seconds with the white side to get the great shine results. The white side should be used once a week or more often if your nail needs a shine lift. (Please note, all Cuticle Oil and Hand and Body Massage Lotion should be applied after using the buffer.)After using the nail buffer, the next step is the Cuticle Oil Treatment. We suggest keeping the Dead Sea Spa Care Cuticle Oil Treatment by your bed side and applying one small drop on each nail and massage it into your cuticle bed whether you used the nail buffer that day or not. This should be a daily treatment, but never buff your nails after applying the Cuticle Oil Treatment because you will ruin the nail buffer.The final step is the Dead Sea Spa Care Hand and Body Massage Lotion. Protect and hydrate your skin all day with Dead Sea Spa Care's rich formula blend of Sweet Almond Oil, Vitamin E, Avocado Oil and Jojoba Seed Oil used in the Hand and Body Massage Lotion. Apply a small amount if the Dead Sea Spa Care Hand and Body Massage Lotion onto your hands and massage into your skin until absorbed. For best results apply daily after showering or anytime your skin needs a moisturizing lift. Buyer’s Remorse:
A product may be returned in its original un‐opened packaging within 15 days of receipt for credit. The freight will be paid by the customer/recipient.
A product returned as a Buyer’s Remorse may incur a re‐stocking fee
For safety reasons Items that have been filled with gas or oil cannot be returned
Defective/Damaged/Wrong item delivered:
We require you to notify WeSave of damaged or wrong item within 48 hours of receipt and defective item within 30 days of receipt.
Truck Delivery Policy:
Damaged product or wrong item should be refused at time of delivery. Most truck deliveries need someone home to receive it. The customer is responsible to remove and inspect the items before the freight company leaves. Products cannot be returned once delivery has been completed. If there is a problem, WeSave will work with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts. We require you to notify WeSave within 30 days of receipt if a product is defective.
Note: Products cannot be returned once fuel and/or oil has been added. Please contact the manufacture directly for warranty information.
Damaged/Wrong item delivered via TRUCK:
WeSave requires you to notify us of damaged or incorrect item at time of delivery. Products cannot be returned once delivery has been completed and the product is signed for.
Defective item delivered via TRUCK:
We require you to notify WeSave within 30 days of receipt of a product is defective.
Non‐Delivery:
WeSave requires you to make a claim within 21 days if an item was not delivered.
