Cashback Rewards Rules
At WeSave, we strive to make every purchase as rewarding as your first through the WeSave Cashback Rewards Program, designed to honor our loyal customers and offer significant savings.
Earning Cashback Rewards:
- 1. You need a current WeSave user account in good standing to earn and use WeSave Cashback Rewards.
- 2. Cashback Rewards are automatically earned on all Qualified Purchase Transactions made through www.wesave.com and at participating local retail brick-and-mortar merchants.
- 3. A Qualified Purchase Transaction is one made at a WeSave Merchant who pays a Coalition Marketing Fee processed through the Company’s Revenue Distribution Engine (RDE), tracked to your Member Account, and reported on your Member Dashboard. You can log in anytime to view your purchases and Cashback Rewards balance.
- 4. Cashback Rewards are up to 2% of the purchase price, excluding shipping, taxes, and third-party finance charges. Not all purchases qualify, such as gift certificates, travel deals, and memberships.
- 5. When your Cashback Rewards reach $25, you can transfer them via ACH to your debit card/designated account, or to a digital wallet or gift card (as applicable, when available) for use outside our Network.
- 6. Earned Cashback Rewards typically require a short holding period for settlement before redemption.
- 7. WeSave is not responsible for the misuse, loss, or misapplication of your Cashback Rewards once issued to your Member Account. If you suspect fraudulent activity, notify us immediately at help@wesave.com.
- 8. Cashback Rewards do not expire for active Members. If your account is terminated or canceled, we will clear any Cashback Rewards balance and send them to your debit card/designated account on file, in accordance with state escheatment laws.
- 9. If your Member Account remains inactive for 12 months, all unredeemed Cashback Rewards will be forfeited and voided without penalty or liability to WeSave, provided they are not subject to state escheatment laws.
- 10. These Cashback Rewards Rules are subject to change at any time without notice.
- 11. If you believe Cashback Rewards were not properly posted to your Member Account, notify us at help@wesave.com within 30 days of the qualified purchase date. We will investigate and resolve discrepancies on a best-efforts basis
- 12. When redeeming Cashback Rewards, ensure your personal profile information is current and accurate, including email addresses.
- 13. Upon the death of a Cashback Rewards holder, ownership will transfer to the designated beneficiary in the will or living trust. Absent such designation, state intestacy laws will apply. For domestic relations settlements, applicable law will govern. If a Cashback Rewards holder is declared mentally disabled, control of Cashback Rewards will transfer to the appointed guardian or conservator according to pre-existing instructions, such as those in a durable power of attorney or living trust.
- 14. BONUS: For the first year following our launch, the first 100,000 Premier Members who earn $150 from their 2% Cashback Rewards will receive an additional share of Preferred Stock with rights to future dividends.
Coming Soon: When you shop online at WeSave.com, you will be able to apply your earned Cashback Rewards to reduce the purchase price of items. Additional Cashback Rewards will only be earned on the final amount paid. For instance, if you buy an item for $100 and apply $25 of previously earned Cashback Rewards, you will earn Cashback Rewards on the remaining $75 only. No Cashback Rewards will be paid on the portion covered by previously earned Cashback Rewards.
