<li>Indicate whether this is a Return or an Exchange.</li>

<li>Reason for Return/Exchange</li>
<li>Exchanges: Indicate SKU Number, color/size, quantity, description and price of replacement item(s) you desire.</li>
<li>Indicate if item was purchased by someone other than yourself and include as much purchaser information as possible (name, address, phone, e‐mail address).</li>
<li>If returning a gift, you may receive an Exchange or Gift Card for future purchase.</li>
<li>If replacement item(s) are more expensive you will need to pay the difference in price.</li>

<p><strong>Return Policy </strong></p>
<p><strong>Buyer&rsquo;s Remorse: </strong></p>

<li>A product may be returned in its original un‐opened packaging within 15 days of receipt for credit.&nbsp;The freight will be paid by the customer/recipient.</li>
<li>A product returned as a Buyer&rsquo;s Remorse may incur a re‐stocking fee</li>
<li>For safety reasons Items that have been filled with gas or oil cannot be returned</li>

<p><strong>Defective/Damaged/Wrong item delivered:</strong></p>

<li>We require you to notify WeSave of damaged or wrong item within 48 hours of receipt and defective item within 30 days of receipt.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>Truck Delivery Policy:</strong></p>
<p>Damaged product or wrong item should be <strong>refused at time of delivery</strong>. Most truck deliveries need someone home to receive it. The customer is responsible to remove and inspect the items before the freight company leaves.&nbsp;&nbsp;Products cannot be returned once delivery has been completed. If there is a problem, WeSave will work with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts.&nbsp;&nbsp;We require you to notify WeSave <strong>within 30 days of receipt</strong> if a product is defective.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Note: Products cannot be returned once fuel and/or oil has been added.&nbsp;&nbsp;Please contact the manufacture directly for warranty information. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Damaged/Wrong item delivered via TRUCK:</strong></p>

<li>WeSave requires you to notify us of damaged or incorrect item at time of delivery. Products cannot be returned once delivery has been completed and the product is signed for.</li>

<p><strong>Defective item delivered via TRUCK:</strong></p>

<li>We require you to notify WeSave within 30 days of receipt of a product is defective.</li>
